While we take all necessary precautions to ensure that the food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, there is always a possibility of food borne illnesses or allergic reactions. Therefore, we require that you sign this food consumption indemnity to acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and agree to assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of your ward consuming the food provided. By signing this indemnity, you agree to release and hold harmless Yummy Meals, and all related parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your ward’s consumption of our food provided during the period of our service provision.
